Suzanne Piotrowski, DM
Suzanne has spent over thirty years helping leaders and organizations do the hard, meaningful work of change. She's a strategist, facilitator, and coach — and she brings the same energy to a boardroom in Rochester as she does to a classroom in another time zone.
As founder and President of BadFish Consulting, Suzanne partners with leaders at every level to develop people, build organizational capacity, and navigate complexity with clarity. Her expertise spans leadership development, organizational development, strategy, and culture — and she's applied it across organizations of every size and type.
When she's not working with clients, she's in the classroom. Suzanne serves as graduate adjunct faculty at Rochester Institute of Technology and the University of Rochester, because she believes great learning goes both ways.
She's an active voice in the broader field, serving as a Trustee of the Organization Development Network, Chair of the Management Advisory Board at RIT's Saunders College of Business, and a member of the Dean's Advisory Committee at the St. John Fisher School of Business. She's also a member of the Relational Coordination Collaborative, Women in Innovation, and the Design Management Institute — and spent over a decade in executive leadership and curation roles with TEDxRochester.
Outside of work, Suzanne travels, hikes, paddles, and takes endless pictures of the people she loves and moments that inspire her.
